Hi, I'm Baily Mitchell 🌼
The Cookie Nook is a cottage bakery run right out of my home in Drummonds, Tennessee. What started as baking cookies for family and friends turned into a little business I run from my own kitchen — and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Every cookie is mixed, rolled, baked, and decorated by hand in small batches. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just real ingredients and a whole lot of love. I believe a cookie should taste homemade, because it is.
I operate under Tennessee's Cottage Food Law, so you can feel good about every sweet treat that comes from my oven to your family.
